Frank lives in Fort Mill and is Chief Operating Officer at Carolina Ingredients. He has worked for over 25 years in Food Manufacturing in many states and for numerous companies. He has hired over 80 people with disabilities and successfully employed them in this setting. Frank is passionate about creating value in all that he does and has data from his experiences to back his claims that hiring people with disabilities has benefited his company in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and workplace culture. He believes that people are the key ingredient to a high performing organization. He adds that a drive to learn, do and teach has resulted in scores of successes throughout his career. Frank enjoys riding motorcycles, fixing cars, attempting to golf, but most importantly spending time with his wife and three daughters.
